When we cheat

we lose strength, power, flexibility and endurance, leaving our bodies less resilient and at risk of poor performance, pain and dysfunction, both in the way we move and the way we behave.

Who Is Activation For?

Be Activated is used globally by elite sports teams, celebrities, the fitness industry and health practitioners alike. As well as treating injuries and enhancing sporting performance, it’s a powerful tool for stress management, and can quickly break common patterns of movement dysfunction and chronic pain.

We have learned

to have such low expectations of what we can achieve, both in movement and function, and in overcoming pain and dysfunction. The body is such an amazing thing, yet the results we expect are so limited. Somehow we believe the constant struggle and fight with our body is just the way it is.

Simple changes to incorrectly functioning muscles allow the body to make immediate shifts towards resilience, strength and speed.  The results are incredible. An Activated body will quickly change from a state of tension and pain, to a strong relaxed state of excellent performance. When we do the right thing, the body responds immediately.

Being Activated is therefore the science and art of getting your clients’ bodies to work the way they are meant to work and, in doing so, allow the body to break free of pain and dysfunction. Then it can move into higher states of performance on all levels. For each client, what this means will be different. Performance to an 80-year-old person may be to be able to safely and confidently get out of a chair and walk around. For my athlete, it is in the pursuit of athletic excellence, whatever their level may be.

What if you could teach your body how to move in a correct form without having to think about it each time?

Breathing is a neccessity

The diaphragm, a key respiratory muscle, contracts to draw air into the lungs during inhalation and relaxes to expel air during exhalation. It also aids in maintaining intra-abdominal pressure, supporting posture, and stabilizing the spine, crucial for breathing and overall physical function.

The PSOAS

The psoas major, a primary hip flexor, initiates hip flexion by connecting the lumbar vertebrae to the femur. As a key muscle involved in activities like walking and running, it facilitates lifting the thigh towards the torso, enabling movements such as sitting, bending, and climbing.

Every cell and organ in the body has its own distinctive Vibrational Frequency or Oscillation. When these oscillations are disrupted, whether by injury, diet, stress or emotion, it results in a disruption of that biological function. Which when not addressed, can bring about fatigue, depression, illness, disease and even death. Over the past 20 years, more than 120,000 of these Vibrational Frequencies have been isolated, identified and cataloged. Knowing what the optimum oscillation or frequencies of these cells and organs are, can assist in determining the root cause of an individual’s health status when these frequencies are compared to the individual scanned results.
